Abstract

This article reports the contributions of a multidisciplinary integrative project for the training of students in the Technical Course in Visual Communication integrated into High School at IFSULDEMINAS, campus Passos. We present the experience of using an editorial project in magazine format, carried out in the second academic semester of 2019, with reflections on the concepts and skills necessary for the development of editorial design projects. We also describe the stages of this integrative project, with regard to its creation, development and completion, as well as its formative nature, through practices and problem situations that simulated the reality of the world of work and the professional peculiarities of the visual communication and graphic design. This path resulted in products of high editorial and aesthetic quality. Furthermore, the integration of the subjects of the Visual Communication Technician course gave students the opportunity to understand interdisciplinary training, training them as professionals in the field.
